With over 20 years of insurance experience in the Asia-Pacific region, he became the Executive Director and Legal Representative of Rare Earth Shanghai, following its acquisition by Shanghai Ruiyi Linghang Consulting Co., Ltd. in April 2024. He is responsible for leading the company’s international development. Prior to this role, he worked in Singapore and Hong Kong, gaining extensive experience in the marine insurance sector. As a recognized expert in the industry, he has also served as a guest lecturer at Nankai University, teaching courses related to insurance.

With over 20 years of experience in marine insurance, he initially worked at Tokio Marine China, where he was responsible for underwriting. He later joined AIG and, in 2010, became the head of marine insurance for the China region at RSA Insurance Group. After 16 years in underwriting marine insurance, he transitioned to broking service in 2013, focusing on providing reinsurance solutions for marine insurance to cedants in mainland China and exploring opportunities for overseas business development. He currently serves as the CEO of Rare Earth Shanghai, overseeing all company affairs.

With over 12 years of experience in insurance broking, he focuses on areas such as import and export cargo insurance, logistics liability insurance, employer's liability insurance, and engineering property insurance. He excels at developing successful risk protection solutions and promoting domestic and international insurance technology exchanges. He has led domestic insurance companies on multiple trips to Hong Kong, UK, and US for collaborative exchanges. In 2021, he established an innovative domestic logistics cargo insurance trading model that utilizes big data technology to enhance risk management efficiency, injecting new momentum into the domestic insurance market. Additionally, he has successfully facilitated the expansion of Chinese insurance companies into overseas markets, participating in emerging international insurance business models.

Graduated from Liaoning University with a degree in International Trade and joined our company in 2018, he focuses on risk management in marine shipping and domestic logistics, providing risk consulting and underwriting solution customization for direct insurance clients and cedants. In the reinsurance field, he has extensive operational experience, is familiar with domestic reinsurance regulatory rules, and excels at providing underwriting advice and reinsurance solutions for marine insurance and other specialty risk businesses. His direct insurance services primarily cater to members of the WCA World Cargo Alliance, offering insurance solutions for various types of coverage, including hazardous goods transportation, employer's liability, and personal accident insurance.

He joined the company in 2021 and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Broking Business, primarily responsible for developing and maintaining large domestic clients and overseas business in the non-marine insurance sector. Mr. Wu has over 11 years of experience in direct insurance and reinsurance, providing broking consulting services to several large multinational and local enterprises, and has rich practical experience in reinsurance broking. Before joining the company, he worked as an account manager at well-known international brokers. He is currently focused on designing and arranging relevant insurance protections for the legal industry, including professional liability insurance, accident and health insurance, litigation property preservation liability insurance, and continuing execution liability insurance, among others.

She graduated from the University of Liverpool in the UK with a degree in finance and previously worked at China Continent Property Insurance, focusing on expanding non-auto channels and client development, providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions. She joined the company to work in insurance and reinsurance broking service, dedicated to the domestic and international market distribution of non-marine reinsurance. She maintains close collaborative relationships with domestic and international reinsurers and managing general agents (MGAs), continually enhancing her professional skills and market influence.

With 10 years of professional experience in marine insurance, Nicole has worked at direct insurance and reinsurance broking firms, handling claims and reinsurance allocations related to marine insurance, primarily focusing on international cargo insurance and international freight forwarder's liability insurance. She provides clear and efficient claims guidance to domestic and international clients, advocates for their interests in negotiations with insurers, and seeks optimal claims solutions. She graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a degree in maritime law and holds a legal professional qualification and the CII Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK.
